The Barton 22 Qt Pressure Canner & Pressure Cooker is designed for home canning, pressure cooking, steaming, and large-batch meal preparation. Its spacious 22-quart capacity provides plenty of room for preserving foods and preparing family-size recipes.
Constructed with a heavy-duty 3.1 mm aluminum body and lid, this stovetop pressure canner features a built-in pressure gauge for convenient monitoring and a main valve rated at 90 kPa / 13 PSI.
The capsule induction bottom allows use on induction, gas, electric coil, sealed-plate electric, and ceramic halogen cooktops. A pressure safety system helps prevent pressurization before the lid is properly secured and helps prevent opening while pressurized.
An included steamer rack adds versatility for food preparation. The satin-finished interior and polished silver aluminum exterior provide a clean, classic cookware appearance.
